PERSONAL DATA / PRIVACY

In order to make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. This information will in no way be disclosed, transferred, or sold to a third party unless imposed by a Public Authority (court, etc.).

WEBSITE SECURITY

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, delduca.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. When SSL is enabled you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.

PAYMENTS

Del Duca does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in PayPal secure platform accepting major debit cards and credit cards.

ORDERS

All orders are shipped out of our Studio in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Prices and invoices include the current official Argentinian VAT (Value Added Tax) and are denominated in US dollars.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

delduca.com offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our Studio.

Some of our products might be available upon request only, which means that we produce them only based on a customer’s specific order. Pre-ordered items are Non-Returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective product.

INSURANCE
Our customers have the option to request for shipping insurance while placing their order.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurate as possible the colors of our product that appears on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

For any order cancellation or change of address or payment, you may email eshop@delduca.com. This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.

RETURN POLICY

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 15 days. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund for the amount of the item purchased only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

REPAIR GOODS

We offer a complimentary repair service for 6 months from the day you purchased. Please email images of your product, including detailed images of the damaged area to customerservice@delduca.com . Shipping and customs charges for returning the product will not be covered by Del Duca.

SHIPPING

We'll try our best to get your order with you as soon as possible, but in addition to the below shipping days kindly allow an extra 48 hours for us to handcraft your bag & package your order.

* All customized bags are made to order and it takes 15-25 days to be produced and will ship at that time.

We use DHL courier to ship our product around the world with DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE DELIVERY. 

You can now shop our site and see your complete order total, including shipping costs, when you check out. Once you submit your order, the total includes shipping and the total cost of items purchased. 

We would like to clarify that product prices on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we have excluded these charges from all invoices issued from our website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order as well as a tracking number to monitor its progress. At any time during delivery, we will be your point of reference, ready to respond to your concerns and offer you support throughout the procedure.

Please note: All orders registered on Friday after 12:30 am (local time) and during weekend, are processed on Monday.
Delays may occur during public and national holidays.
The shipping costs above are those for 1 item only. Shipping cost for more than 1 item is noted during checkout procedure.

* Extra charges may apply for remote locations. In such cases, an email will be sent for your approval prior to shipment of your order.
